PATAGONIA CHILE AND ARGENTINA
Touring Patagonia in Chile and Argentina is a unique experience. This trip can be done from 16 days and contemplates a circuit of varied landscapes.
In Chile you travel along the increasingly well-known Carretera Austral. A journey of 800 kilometers that takes you to know the heart of Wild Patagonia. Mountains, lakes and rivers are part of the route, this added to the culture so particular of this area give to stay a good time.
In Argentina, the Pampa is an astonishing landscape. The Patagonia Binational Park, Mount Fitz Roy in El Chaltén and the Perito Moreno Glacier in El Calafate, are some of the attractions that surprise along Route 40.
Further south, already in the Magallanes region, we come to one of the icons of southern Chile, the Torres del Paine National Park, which is a culminating point in this history. With its more than 100 km of inland roads, you can travel them by motorhome without problems. Here, there is also an extensive network of trails suitable for all tastes.
Return.
You can do this route with the Puerto Natales – Caleta Tortel variant or vice versa by Ferry (You do not return the same way). With this, you manage to completely cover the southern part of the Carretera Austral, navigate through the Patagonian channels and return along Route 40 (You do not return the same way). Also, you can do this route with return in Punta Arenas (One Way), however you must consider the cost of the transfer to our base.
This route that connects “Patagonia Chile and Argentina” is a long-term journey. Given its extension and its geographical characteristics, they require greater logistics when planning it.
